User Agreement

Dear Arrow Rush software user,

The Arrow Rush software and related services you are using are owned, copyrighted, and operated by Guangzhou Taoyue Technology. This user agreement is the license agreement for your legal use of this software. This agreement covers your rights and obligations in using the software, clauses exempting or limiting liability, privacy statements, jurisdiction and applicable law clauses, and other content that may affect you. You must carefully read and fully understand this license agreement, especially the clauses involving the aforementioned content. Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you are not authorized to use the software and the services provided based on this software. Accepting this agreement or using the software means that you agree to all these terms and agree to transmit specific information during the use of the software in accordance with the privacy statement described in the terms. If you do not accept and abide by these terms, you may not be able to use the software or its functions. Your use of the software and related services is deemed as your reading and agreeing to be bound by this agreement.

I. Use of the Software

1. The Arrow Rush software is a game software, through which you can enjoy game entertainment functions. This software only provides you with game entertainment services. You should understand that due to force majeure reasons such as network and equipment issues, the functions of the software may not be fully realized. Therefore, you should prepare necessary alternative measures for possible problems. In any case, Guangzhou Taoyue Technology will not make any promises regarding the results of your use of the software and services.

2. Any information involved in your use of the Arrow Rush game software belongs to Guangzhou Taoyue Technology and the legal owners of the relevant information. You should obtain permission from the legal owners to use the relevant information. You are responsible for the legality of the information you upload and submit while using this software and services. Upon uploading or submitting, the relevant information becomes the property of Guangzhou Taoyue Technology, and Guangzhou Taoyue Technology has the right to legally and reasonably use this information based on the functions and purposes of the software and services. If you do not accept the above agreement, please do not upload or submit the relevant information. Failure to provide necessary information may result in the inability to use certain functions. Your uploading and submission will be deemed as your full acceptance of the above arrangements. 3. You shall guarantee the authenticity of the information submitted and uploaded during the use of the software and related services. You shall bear the consequences of any false information or conflicts with true information you submit. Guangzhou Taoyue Technology has the right to demand compensation from you for any losses caused to Guangzhou Taoyue Technology or third parties as a result. 4. You shall not use unauthorized plugins, add-ons, or third-party tools to interfere with, damage, modify, or otherwise affect the software and services under this agreement. 5. The use of this software and services requires you to configure the necessary equipment environment yourself. This may incur costs related to terminal device configuration, maintenance, communication, and power consumption. You shall be responsible for these costs. Guangzhou Taoyue Technology does not guarantee that the software will necessarily be compatible with your terminal environment. 6. Unless authorized in writing by Guangzhou Taoyue Technology, you shall not engage in any of the following acts: (1) Removing copyright information from the software and its copies; (2) Reverse engineering, reverse assembling, reverse compiling the software, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the software; (3) Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, or creating mirror sites of content owned by Guangzhou Taoyue Technology; (4) Copying, modifying, adding, deleting, attaching, or creating any derivative works of the software, or data released into any terminal memory during the software's operation, client-server interaction data during the software's operation, and system data necessary for the software's operation, including but not limited to using plug-ins, add-ons, or unauthorized third-party tools/services to access the software and related systems; (5) Modifying or falsifying instructions or data during the software's operation to add, delete, or alter the functions or operating effects of the software, or operating or disseminating software or methods used for the above purposes to the public, regardless of whether these actions are for commercial purposes; (6) Logging in to or using the software and services through third-party software, plug-ins, add-ons, or systems not developed or authorized by Guangzhou Taoyue Technology, or creating, publishing, or distributing third-party software, plug-ins, add-ons, or systems not developed or authorized by Guangzhou Taoyue Technology. 7. When using this software and related services, users shall comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, comply with relevant internet information security laws and regulations, and be responsible for their actions in using the software and related services. If a user violates relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, Guangzhou Taoyue Technology has the right to terminate the user's right to use the software and services at any time. 8. Some functions of this software require payment before use. If you wish to use these functions, you can pay or recharge your account through the payment channels provided by the software after successfully completing user registration. Your registered account and all payment operations associated with that account will be considered your own actions. Please protect your personal account and verification password carefully to prevent disclosure. 9. This software is provided for your leisure and entertainment use only. Without the written consent of Guangzhou Taoyue Technology, you may not use this software for commercial or profit-making purposes. Otherwise, any resulting profits will belong to Guangzhou Taoyue Technology. II. User Registration 1. As a legitimate user of this software, you should complete user registration according to the principles of truthfulness, completeness, and accuracy. Otherwise, you will not be able to fully enjoy the services provided by the software. You may need to fill in some necessary information during the registration process. If national laws and regulations have special provisions, you need to fill in your real identity information. If the information you provide is incomplete, you will not be able to use the software and related services or your use will be restricted. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and avoid disputes caused by discrepancies between user registration information and actual circumstances, please ensure that you fill in the information according to the principles of truthfulness, completeness, and accuracy during user registration. Guangzhou Taoyue Technology is not responsible for any service issues caused by your own reasons. If the information you provide contains incorrect information, Guangzhou Taoyue Technology reserves the right to terminate your eligibility to use the software and related services. In general, you can browse and modify the information you submit at any time, but for security and identity verification (such as number appeal services), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration. 2. The account and password generated after your registration will be your sole identity authentication credentials for using the software and related services. You should set a secure password for this account. All actions performed after password authentication of this account will be considered your own actions. Therefore, you are especially reminded to properly safeguard your account and password. After you have finished using the software, you should log out securely. You are solely responsible for any account hacking or password theft that may result from your negligence in safeguarding your account.

3. If your registered account is not used for a long period, you should cancel it. If it remains inactive for a long time, Guangzhou Taoyue Technology has the right to reclaim the service resources occupied by your account without providing any compensation to you. You will not be able to continue using the account or the rights associated with it. You can use the software and services again by registering a new valid account.

III. Software Updates

1. To improve user experience, ensure service security, and maintain product functionality consistency, the software may be updated. You should update the relevant software to the latest version; otherwise, the normal use of the software and services cannot be guaranteed.

2. Guangzhou Taoyue Technology may develop different software versions for different terminal devices. You should choose and install the appropriate version based on your actual situation. If the terminal device and the software version are incompatible, Guangzhou Taoyue Technology cannot guarantee the normal operation of the software and will not be responsible for any losses caused to you as a result.

3. After a software version update, Guangzhou Taoyue Technology has the right to decide whether to discontinue service for the previous software version, depending on business conditions.

IV. User Rights and Obligations

1. Users are obligated to register with true and valid information and are responsible for the actions taken through their registered accounts;

2. Users have the right to legally obtain the usage license and corresponding services for the software and related services that match their registered user level;

3. UsersUsers are entitled to the services provided by the software that match their registration level, but Guangzhou Taoyue Technology reserves the right to modify the user's level and corresponding service permissions based on actual circumstances and operational needs, and to announce these modifications within the software. If the user disagrees with the modifications, they may stop using the software and services. Continued use of the software and related services will be deemed as acceptance of the modifications. 4. Users shall strictly abide by relevant Chinese laws and regulations when using the software and services. If a user uses the software and services illegally or uses the software or services to engage in illegal activities, Guangzhou Taoyue Technology has the right to terminate the user's license and stop providing services to the user. 5. Users shall abide by the relevant rules and management policies for the software services and specific functions formulated by Guangzhou Taoyue Technology. Guangzhou Taoyue Technology has the right to formulate and modify relevant rules and management policies based on changes in software operation, and to publish them through the software or designated website. The relevant rules and management methods will become an effective part of this agreement. Use of the relevant services or functions will be deemed as the user's complete agreement to abide by the relevant rules and management. If the user does not agree to the relevant rules and management methods, please do not use the relevant services or functions, and the user will not be able to obtain the relevant services and functions normally. V. Disclaimer 1. You understand and agree that during the use of the software, you may encounter risk factors such as force majeure, which may cause interruptions in the software service. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided, and that have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, and storms, as well as social events such as wars, riots, and government actions. In such cases, Guangzhou Taoyue Technology will endeavor to cooperate with relevant units to repair the service promptly, but we are exempt from liability for any losses caused to you within the scope permitted by law. 2. You understand and agree that the software and related services are provided based on the current technology and conditions. Guangzhou Taoyue Technology will make every effort to provide you with services and ensure their continuity and security; however,Guangzhou Taoyue Technology cannot foresee and prevent all legal, technical, and other risks at all times, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, defects in third-party services, government actions, and other reasons that may lead to service interruptions, data loss, and other losses and risks.

1. Protecting customer privacy is a principle thatGuangzhou Taoyue Technology consistently adheres to.Guangzhou Taoyue Technology will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.Guangzhou Taoyue Technology will not transfer or disclose your personal information to any unrelated third party unless:

(1) Required by relevant laws and regulations or by courts or government agencies;

(2) Transferred to complete a merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer;

(3) Necessary to provide the services you request and to enable you to use the software and related services.

Advertising Features 1. The methods and scope of this may change without special notice to you. We fulfill our relevant obligations to advertisers in accordance with the law. You should independently judge the authenticity of the advertising information and be responsible for your own judgments. Except as explicitly provided by law, *Guangzhou Taoyue Technology* shall not be liable for any losses or damages you suffer as a result of transactions conducted based on such advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers. 2. You agree that you should carefully judge the authenticity and reliability of the advertising information appearing in the service. Except as explicitly provided by law, you are responsible for transactions conducted based on such advertising information. 3. You fully understand and agree that the effective and continuous operation of this software depends on the revenue generated from the advertising features in this software. By using this software, you agree to the implementation of the advertising features in this software and agree to the software settings for all advertising features and to receive relevant advertising information. VIII. Software Product Protection Clauses 1. The *Arrow Rush* software product is developed by *Guangzhou Taoyue Technology*. This software product is protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and international copyright treaties and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Even if you obtain this software, you only obtain the right to use the software product; you do not have any intellectual property rights or ownership of the software. The intellectual property rights of the software and the information content, scripts, materials, plot, and settings contained in the software belong to the intellectual property owner. You shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights of the intellectual property owner, and you shall not use the intellectual property of the aforementioned intellectual property owner outside the purpose of using the software. 2. You shall not delete any copyright information on this software and other copies, nor shall you reverse engineer this software, such as disassembling or decompiling it. 3. If you fail to comply with any of the terms of this agreement, Guangzhou Taoyue Technology has the right to immediately terminate this agreement and reserves the right to pursue legal action. 4. The use of this software is at the user's own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guangzhou Taoyue Technology shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this software product, even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages. 5. Users understand that the use of this software product involves communication and network services, which may be affected by unstable factors at various stages. Therefore, there is a risk of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements due to force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technical, internet, or communication line reasons. Users shall bear the above risks, and Guangzhou Taoyue Technology makes no guarantees. Guangzhou Taoyue Technology shall not be liable for any inability of the user to send and receive messages, or for receiving incorrect messages as a result. 6. Users understand that there is a risk of receiving anonymous or pseudonymous information from others, including threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content or conduct, or infringement of the rights of others (including intellectual property rights) when using this software product. Users shall bear the above risks, and Guangzhou Taoyue Technology and its partner companies make no warranties of any kind regarding the service, whether express or implied, including all implied warranties and conditions of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. They shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the user's improper or illegal use of the service. 7. The information content defined in this agreement includes: text, software, sound, photos, videos, and charts; all content in advertisements; commercial information provided by Guangzhou Taoyue Technology to users; and data, images, and sounds generated during your use of the software. All of this content is protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property and ownership laws. Therefore, users may only use this content with the authorization of Guangzhou Taoyue Technology and advertisers, and may not independently copy, modify, compile this content, or create derivative products related to the content. IX. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law 1. The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of this agreement, as well as the resolution of disputes, shall be governed by Chinese law. 2. If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content of this agreement or its execution, the parties shall endeavor to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission of China for arbitration in Guangzhou in accordance with its effective arbitration rules. X. Validity and Modification of this Agreement 1. This agreement is between the Arrow Rush software user and Guangzhou Taoyue Technology regarding the use of the Arrow Rush software...This agreement governs the use of the Arrow Rush software and related services. Users must comply with this agreement when using the Arrow Rush software and related services, and Guangzhou Taoyue Technology shall also ensure compliance with the relevant provisions of this agreement. This agreement becomes legally effective upon the user reading and electronically confirming it, or upon the actual use of the software and related services. 2. Guangzhou Taoyue Technology has the right to modify this agreement based on actual operational needs, but shall publish the modified text through the software at the time of modification. If the user continues to use the software and related services after the modification is published, it shall be deemed that the user accepts the modifications and agrees to the changes. If the user does not agree to the modifications, they should stop using the software and related services by uninstalling the software. I have carefully read and understood the content of this agreement and agree to this agreement.
